General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Stark oversees Celea's legal, compliance, ethics, and corporate governance functions. Prior to joining Celea, he served as Chief Legal Officer of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, where he led the company's global legal organization for about ten years and advised senior management and the Board of Directors on strategic, governance, compliance, litigation, intellectual property, and business development matters. Before Teva, he practiced law with leading international law firms. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
