Neera Jain, PhD, MBA, is a seasoned pharmaceutical development executive with extensive experience advancing small- and large-molecule therapeutics from late-stage discovery through clinical development, regulatory approval, and commercialization. Leveraging a combination of scientific, technical, and business expertise, she currently leads Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls strategy and execution across Celea’s development portfolio. Prior to joining Celea Therapeutics, Neera held leadership positions at Syros Pharmaceuticals, Synta Pharmaceuticals, and Wyeth Research.
